I make 12" thin pizza crust from this recipe:

.25 oz. pkt. Active dry yeast
    1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
    3/4 cup 110 degree water
    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt

Bake at 500 degree F for 10 min.

As a matter of fact, you use the same amount of dough for 1 pizza no matter it is thin crust or not.

Yeast makes it rise... so if you bake it at 500F, it stops rising immediately... then you get a crispy thin crust. If you bake at 400F then you get a regular one.
