2. I did not outright acknowledge the debt, I have run them around a bit. They scam ya when they say "how will you be paying this" or "can we make an arrangement", so far I have only played dumb because I don't think they can collect for that long.
3. They have put this on my credit bureau and I know that anything must be wiped out if no activity for 6 years.
4. I have asked for the judgement order against me (asked yesterday) which they say they are sending to me. So we will see.
I just want to arm myself. I too have done web searching on it and did see something about 10 years, and also what you said about renewing the judgement. I just can't find anything about the limitations. There is a new law about 2 years but it says nothing about judgements and I think rental tribunal judgements are different than civil litigation.
Anyone know anything else....considering all of this...it is messing my credit up a bit.
