Hello there,am Anthony and am from Nigeria,my question is this: is the Fashion Fair Cream good for skin? does it bleach?

Fashion Fair Skin Bleaching cream contains 2% hydroquinone. Same as most over the counter bleaching creams.
Hydroquinone stops the skin from producing melanin. But it has also been related to cancer and other illnesses.
