Okay, during the week I can hold onto my diet pretty well, but as soon as the weekend comes up and I start hanging out with my friends, I pig out. They both eat really unhealthy around me and I can't help but to enjoy in their Oreos and Poptarts.

My question is... how do I say no to those foods when offered to me by my friends or family??

Flat out and firmly say "no thank you." if they persist, say it again little more firmly.
