Do a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor for a blood test.

A doctor will not rely on "common" symptoms alone.

As mentioned, a pregnancy test is required.

Take it first thing in the morning, when hormone levels are most concentrated.

Understand that a negative doesn't mean you are not pregnant... it means the test didn't detect hormone levels at or above the threshold level for the test... which means you take another test several days later. And repeat as needed.

When directions are followed appropriately, a positive HPT usually means you are pregnant. A negative test means you might not be or hormone levels might not be high enough.

Please note that pregnancy tests may not prove positive for up to 12 weeks in some cases.
