I previously just had a misscarriage and I was 3 1/2 months along. After the pregnancy, I gained like an extra 5 pounds. However, it seems as though I've gained more because my jeans and everything else does not fit like they once did. I notice my arms, stomach and thighs have all gotten bigger. I'm wondering what's the best way to get back into shape and get my body toned within 2-3 months..? Help me please! (By the way, I am 21, 5'5, 137 ibs)
