It's hard to say. With a period that late you should go to the doctor to get a blood test.

If your periods have normally quite regular, could be your cycle is just off this month. Depending on when you can get into the doctor's, see what happens in the next few days. If still no period, try another test. Obviously your doctor will do a test at the visit. Could possibly be pregnant... sometimes a positive result doesn't show up on a urine test for several weeks.
