Mansfield model 206 NEW won't flush completely
I bought a brand new Mansfield model 206 toilet. I need to raise the water level in the tank, but the only adjustment seen just turns the water on/off... using a screw. How can I raise the water level in the tank.

Hey club... that screw increases or decrease height of water in the tank. It does on all other fill valves.. so it should here as well.

Do you have a ballcock fill valve (with a 3 inch ball at end of rod)? OR do you have a fluidmaster type fill valve where float rises up and down the fill valve? Let us know... and fiddle around a bit with that screw... it is not supposed to turn water on/off... it is supposed to allow adjustments to volume of water entering tank (unless fill valve was set too low... but that would only be if fluidmaster type valve... see pic. Below (borrowed from Speedball1... our moderator ;)... is your fill valve anything like that fill valve on left? ).
