I have hot water in every room in my house EXCEPT the kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Any ideas??

Washer and faucet, well shoot that knocks out my thoughts on a plugged cartridge. Check the stop on the hot supply line under the sink, is it before or after the washer tapping in and give that handle a counterclockwise twist just for insurance.
