    Intertherm Furnace
My furnace Intertherm Model # MHHB-077ABHR-06 just starteed kicking the blower in and out. The blower will run for 30 seconds, then stop, about 10 seconds later, it'll kick in again. Sometimes this will go on for 15 minutes. The flame is kicking in and it has electronic ignition.

Your blower motor fan control is probably defective. This control tells the blower to turn on when the heat in the furnace is high enough to allow the blower to turn on and stay running until the thermostat is satisfied.

I replaced the nozzle and oil filter and ever since then, nothing but problems, first there was too mcuh oil around the nozzle, fixed that but now when it ignites and starts up the flame it rumbles. The oil has ignited but runs really rough. I tried to adjust air flow but to no avail. What could be the problem?

I replaced the nozzle and oil filter on my Intertherm furnace and nothing but problems began. First there was too much oil coming from the nozzle, so I replace nozzle holder and igniters. Then I bled the air, lots of air, and it ignites but rumbles really bad, I adjusted the air flow but still does not run smoothly. What do I need to do to get it run properly?

I agree with hcac1000 it may be a weak fan control switch or it may be that you have a dirty burner or burner orifice and it can not get the heat exchanger hot to keep the blower running.
