I purchased a car from my brother in Dec. 2006, and now I've lost the tilte due to a falling out we had and he put me out and changed his number and address. What can I do?

When you bought the car, they would have signed the title, and you would go to the DMV ( or proper place in your area) and would have given them that old signed title, and applied for a new one, So to replace your new one, all you do is go down and put in for a lost title. They will replace it.
