    Employee firing
I have a question in regard to, When an employee is told of an impending termination, I heard of a law or statute that says that there should be a determination of employee impending termination within a 48 hour period it is called quick resolution or something like this. Is this true? I live in Tucson, Arizona

    Hello p:

If the employee is not a member of a union and not under an employment contract, the employee can be fired without any notice, without any determination, without resolution, without explanation, or without anything - for ANY reason whatsoever unless he's in a protected class of workers.
