Although I am setting the System to 'Off' the thermostat is not switching off and there is still cold air blowing through the ducts. Help please?

Thank you for your concern but I have now solved the problem by flicking the furnace circuit breaker off, then back on.

What zones do I need to connect my wirew to the thermostat. The wires are white, yellow, green, blue, and red. Drawing would be helpful.
