I have two Harbor Breeze frequency fan control switches on the same circuit. Both are set on different codes to operate different fans. Problems is that when both switches are turn on I lose control of the fan that is turned on second. They operate individually but not together.

I don't understand. You said that they are on separate frequencies, yet the control for one fan will cancel the other? Are these hard-wired RF controls or wireless?
