    Just wondering what vitamins are best for healthy looking skin?? :)

    Hello it's not a vitamin but water makes all the difference, keep well hydrated and you will really notice the difference.

    You can get cremes with vit A and E in them they are good for your skin.

    The vitamines A, C, E and D are the ones you want.

    A can be found in carrots, dairy, oily fish, eggs and liver
    C in citrus fruits, dark veg such as brocolli, spinach, kiwis
    E in nuts, seed, cerals and some oils such as olive oil
    D from oily fish and eggs but we get most of it form the sun

    A, E and D are all fat soluble so if you have a very low fat diet you could be lacking them.

    It is much better and healthier to get vitamins from your diet than pills
