You can't lose more then 1 or 2 pounds a week. Anymore then that and its unhealthy. There are some "jump start" programs out there but they are very, very restrictive.
Eat healthy and exercise and you will earn long term results that are manageable.

Well honestly, its just a little bit of exercise and small portions. Make sure you watch how much calories you take in, and don't over do it with the sweets. Even though they are good, they can sometimes become a habit. Starting now with planning weekly workouts is a great idea! You will be losing pounds in no time (:
