Any credit cars that are in both of your names are your joint responsibility, As such, she can sue you, you can sue her, the credit card company can sue either or both of you. In the event of a judgment, they can collect from either or both of your via wage garnishment, freezing accounts, etc.

There is a difference between being a #2 user and being a signator on the debt. If you do not sign as a co-borrower then you are not responsible to the credit card company for the debt, if you did you are.

However, if she gave you the card to use and you used ot for personal stuff, she may be able to sue you for what you spent. It depends on what you spent the money on.
