    Bad habbit
I want to break a bad habbit...

I have been biting my nails since I was a little girl. Generally I start to nibble when I get nervous or anxious -- but rarely I notice what I am doing. Do you know any tricks to keeping my hands away from my lips? Thanks

Honestly the best thing you can do is practice a little self-discipline. There is a product you can buy called "Nibble No More" which is a polish that contains a bitter cactus extract; this may help you!

The most common culprits of nail biting are stress, anxiety or depression. Try applying a nail polish that has a strong smell. The taste and smell will keep you from biting your nails. You will find different brands of nail polish at your local drug store or beauty supply store.
