. Remove battery, place on charger, and clean connections.
. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

. Read sections A and B below, paying particular attention to the K-Test:

Is the click from the starter solenoid (relay), likely indicating the battery is dead, or is it from the main relay (under the dash), which is more serious?

Is it a "won't crank situation" or a "crank but won't start situation?"

I have an 92 honda acord and I had the same problem. It might be your altinater or the ignitor. If that doesn't work you need to check your timing belt. If it is your timing then I sugest that you take it in to make sure you still have compreshion because most times when the timimg goes your valves will bend causing it to not start. Oh and if it doesn't have oil it has a sencer telling the car not to start also. Hoped this helped u. I know how it goes only having one car and children I'm a single mom and I know how important it is to have a car that takes you where you need to go. Good luck to you and your family. God bless.

When I drive the car it misses like maybe the distributor cap is cracked or something letting in moisture. Is that a possibility? I put the car in neutral when I come to a stop otherwise it will die out.

ebonyeyes600, I would replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

While you have the distributor opened-up, replace the rotor and distributor cap, too.
