    Ask a probation officer questions?
Okay I have a cousin in Oklahoma who is on probation and now is trying hard to stay clean he goes to his classes and every thing he has four more months left there and we can go get him but we want him out of that house sooner because his mom does drugs and tonight her boyfriend beat him up pretty bad and he is saying he wants to get out of there bad and all of his family is down here where he can have support to stay clean and finish his schooling his mom is horrible when the boyfriend was beating him up she was rooting him on so I must ask do you know of any way around all of this so he can finish classes here instead?

He will need to talk to his PO, is there a shelter to somewhere he can stay temp. Even if he wants to move it can take 30 to 60 days to get it approved though probation.

    Hello b:

Why should they keep it around? If she's done nothing, she had nothing to worry about.

Because of chain of evidence and custody, the procedure is to place in in the pick up container and it is picked up daily to go to the lab ( or they send it by a mail or postage service) to the lab each day.

My sister is on probation for a DUI. She lives with me and my mom. She is 27 I am 33. If they do a home visit, can she get in trouble if there is alcohol in the house even if it's me and my mom's. It's my mom's house. I don't understand how they can tell her she can't have alcohol in her own house, or me for that matter.

They can't. But they can tell your sister that she can't live in a house which also has alcohol in it. Is that one of the rules?

All they told her was they could perform random searches. She was already living here when she got it.

I am on probation and I do not violate any rules, though had in the past. A girl has been harassing me through a 3rd party and stalking my fb page because I asked her to stop messaging my boyfriend that I don't want him being friends with people like her a cocaine addict and escort. I was informed she was even selling herself and doing these drugs in front of her child so I reported it to child's services. Now she is threatening to call my po to tell him what is beyond me because I been doing everything Im supposed to... What should I do and can she be charged for making a false report to a po, they are still police... Its misdomenor and there is only 54 days left over me, but I still don't want my life disturbed when I was doing what I was supposed to be doing...

That's not something you're supposed to do.

So, I don't know what's going to happen when two girls LIE about each other to the cops...
