    91 honda civic misfires and bogs at low rpm
    I have a 91 honda civic hatchback and it misfires and bogs at low rpm. It also wants to die at the hit of the throttle. I don't know why it is doing this and has only started doing this after it has sat for a couple of months. Please help

    As mention from TxGreaseMonkey... change the ICM and Coil. I have a 91 Civic and recently have similar problems. These Civics are prone to have these problems especially if it sat for a while,

    Check or replace;

    Spark plugs and spark plug wires.
    ICM and coil inside the distributor cap... but I would change the whole distributor unit (easy to install on these Civics).

    99.9% will have your Civic ruuning good again. Another issues with these Civics is... if your engine light stays on while engine is running... need to replace the Main Replay under the dash.

    Being its an older car... I would just get used parts. Cheers!

    I just tried to smog my car and it failed the 25 mph test as I live in cali. What failed was my nox emissions and I know what the problem is but I just don't know how much to turn the a/f screw in the throttlebody. Please help me figure it out
