Yep, the cops WOULD be after him then...I still don't understand why you let him back in the second time?

He caught me off guard. He showed up at my door saying he was back to finish what he didn't do last time, and to take Niki for a walk. He did a few dishes, and then laid it on thick. He once again had no money, and nowhere else to go. It was freezing temps again of course, and I have a hard time throwing people out on the street. So, I once again gave him the speech about the things he needed to do for me if I allowed him to stay. Well once again I got screwed. I know he will be calling me sometime soon, and this time I'm not going to be so understanding. He's a bit of a wimp, so I'm going to read him the riot act, and make him feel 2" tall for doing this once again to me. I'm going to tell him that there is no more free rides for him, and that I expect him to get his A$$ over here to do the things he promised, and then he can leave and not ever expect he can stay here again. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but stick a fork in me... I'm done!

I do understand Starby, you've got a kind heart. But these types sense that and 'move in', in your case literally. I agree he needs to be a man and do for himself... this is leeching.
