Can someone help me to write a song
With title "Where my heart belongs"
    Using these phrases...
    On my way to Ireland
Far north of here my life's journey began
Through the window of my soul
    A whisper of wind
Something like... my heart belongs to you... (maybe)
If I could hold it for a moment in time
    Walk along a wooded path
With you my heart held so dear
    Filled with memories
This is a place to listen and hear

It would be about Ireland... please help?

All I can say is you are going to write about Ireland, be sure to mention the rain. And the mud. Yes, it really is amazingly green but it's also very modern. There are more mobile phones per head in Ireland than in the US. And we tend to avoid wooded paths, because you always get dripped on.

    Hi, liffey!

Yes, I can help you to write a song. Do you play an instrument of some kind?

    Thanks!

    Hi again, liffey!

Would you like to learn some more about playing the piano and writing music by using this site?

    Thanks!

Do you mean that you're going to a high school that has a specialty in music education?

I am going to Gymnasium, but also to music high school, to singing lessons, and I have a music theory, music history and piano lessons... and choir

Wow! That's a lot of music classes that you'll be taking!

If you're going to be able to write music, like songs, then you'll need to know a lot of theory if you want to be able to do it yourself.

I can show you how to get started with that, if you would like?

I'm here too! But, please give me a couple of minutes to "uncloak" so that you can know that I really am online here.

There, now you should be able to see that I'm online.

What do you think the title of your song should be, please?

'where my heart belongs' or something like 'it feels like home to me'...

I like "It Feels Like Home to Me". To me, a persons' heart could be in more than one place, if you know what I mean.

Okay. I like that one too.
So... how to start this song?

Well, do you want to use some or all of the words that you've already posted originally?

Also, do you know what a meter is as it relates to music?

Yeah I want to use words I posted here..
    On my way to Ireland
Far north of here my life's journey began
Through the window of my soul
    A whisper of wind
If I could hold it for a moment in time
    Walk along a wooded path
    Heart held so dear
    Filled with memories
A place to listen and hear
    Rain
    Mug...

Okay, then let me work on the words of some of it for a bit so that they'll fit a meter the best.

Again, do you know what a meter is as it relates to music?
