Hoping someone can help. I have what feels like very dry skin around the opening on my vagina and small lumps formed all over the rest. It itches quite abit constantly and can become very sore. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Are you sexually active? Is there any chance it could be an STD?

Do you have dry skin anywhere else? Are you prone to itching?

When I hear itching around the vagina, I always think thrush first. Does an anti-fungal cream give any relief?

May be either genital warts (aka HPV), or possibly herpes. I hope that it's something much more minor, but you need to see a physician.
