I'm twenty one years old, and I have been on the pill for a few years now. Four or five days ago, I started having really bad cramps, and then last night I started having brown discharge. I never get cramps except one or two days before and then during. I have been taking an antibiotic for a few days now for another problem, so I was thinking that could be why because I heard they make birth control pills work less. But I took it for a few weeks about a month and a half ago and never had a problem. I don't know if I could be pregnant, because my estrogen level is really low. Or could I have been pregnant, but be miscarrying? I am really worried and confused someone please help! Thanks. :confused:

Taking anitbiotics does definitely effect the birth control pills. The cramps and spotting could be the reason for this. Just call your pharmasist and ask them about the medication your on. They can tell you the reason for this.

I have irregular period but I just get married and I try for 3 month now. And I really get to know my period even its irregular. Now I have some spot just last for one day.its kind a dark brown discharge with a little blood.its happen 2 weeks before my period due.. I also have cramping and back pain that killing me.sometimes my leg feel cramps when walking.. I just wonder can the spotting could be implantation bleeding?can implantation bleeding occures 2 weeks before my period due?its really confusing and I haven't test my pregnancy.
