Windows xp keeps restarting on startup with missing drivers but safe mode boots fine
OK when I start windows normally it starts making the sound like its powering up then it sounds like a engine when it having trouble starting like the power is going off and on then it finally boots up then restarts then boots again the same then it gives me tons of partition driver errors then if I leave it alone it goes to the boot menu saying how would you like to start windows and gives me the options of safe booting and normal booting when I normal boot it restarts again if I safe boot it does it fine and starts windows in safe mode and I can get online on safe mode as I I'm now I've ran virus scans and super antivirus and spybot but came out with no finds now I'm not sure why it only lets me boot in safe mode and why it keeps sounding like its going to overpower every time it boots any thoughts help ideas suggestions would help me a lot thank you

PS. All my drivers in safe mode on my hardware tab are all there and fine nothing seems to be missing

Try and do a repair installation of windows - did not mention what version of windows using, here is for XP, if using Vista, post back and will give details on that or can be found in Google with Repair Installation Vista

    Repair Installation
A Repair Install will replace the system files with the files on the XP CD used for the Repair Install. It will leave your applications and settings intact, but Windows updates will need to be reapplied.
