We buy low fat hamburger, chicken, and that's really the only meat i eat. I get a salad like everytime i go to the store. With veggies, ham a little bacon LITTLE, and a bit of dressing. Itaian. I love salad. We dont buy much else. Our budget is low. I eat fish-tuna and shrimp without sauses. We use low fat milk and not too much butter/margrine. We eat eggs too. We mostly eat pasta, rice and veggies. I thought that WAS good lol. I eat 2x's a day. Thats less then i was brought up eating.
But honestly....does walking around really make you less fat? LOL...i dont get how that works. Mostly i see ppl on tv using home gyms or the ball and they lose weight doing that.
