And also this "skinny" business is another reason to see a specialist. Now I'm beginning to wonder if maybe you have some body image issues. Like someone else said, you should aim for "healthy" not "skinny." especially since you're using a dangerous method to become skinny...

Google it :) for you though you have to Google "child bmi calculator" since the regular one is intended for adults who have finished growing and all. You put in your gender, height, age, weight and it gives you the result (what you probably did in school) and then you can read more on that site or other sites about what your results mean (what they should have but maybe didn't have you do in school).

Yeah, you shouldn't go off weight either... fat and muscle weigh differently. You should go off BMI

And you don't necessarily need to "diet".. you just need to eat right. That is #1. then you need to BURN the excess calories... that requires exercise. For some, that requires HARD CORE exercise.

If you are really this active and you are only consuming tea, you are in for some trouble. I am surprised you coherent & strong enough to even type right now

Well I think I may have a problem , because a while ago I was looking at diet tips and it said to vary your daily intake of calories but when I tried to eat more I felt like I was going to become fat and I stopped eating any more or I made myself sick.

So if I go to scottland and ask for some tea... I will get served dinner?

Hmmm.. interesting! I guess we have a bit of a vocab barrier with the stones and the tea heheh

OK.. well, that makes me feel MUCH better! I thought you were only ingesting liquid tea every day lol

The ratio between calorie intake and calorie burn always has to be applied. If you are eating to a point that you feel yourself getting fat, then you need to increase the amount of calories that you are burning.

Either that or you need to watch what kind of calories you are taking in...

Yeah... well if I am only eating 'dinner' then it can't have that many calories in it and the exercise I do will burn it off ?
