How to tone my arms and legs without bulking up!
Hey there, I was just wondering if someone with experience could tell me how to shape up my arms and legs without getting chunky. I am not a big girl, I weight about 63kg and I'm turning 19, I just need to tone up these two things then I'll be ready for my birthday party at the beach (1st December).

If you also know how to tightnen up your lower stomach, hips and back please let me know also,

    Thanks

Using the large cans of tomatoes from your cupboard, one in each hand, the cans facing up, do bends from the elbow, maybe l5 to start then more if you can. This will tone up your upper arms and give a bit of muscle.

For your legs, do leg squats holding onto the back of a chair, back straight and squat and stand, repeat as many as possible.

For stomach, do crunches on the floor, hands behind head, pull knees up to midriff, breath well all the time, hold stomach muscles in. This will take care of your hips too. Back I don't know, that doesn't need much.

Of course, walking tones up the legs well too.
