This is a million dollar question, I have been trying to figure that out myself. HELP! Obviously, you call click on DO NOT DISTURB, and then you have blocked everyone. Does anyone have the answer for us?

You were lucky. I downloaded the software and it messed up my computer. The customer service was not help. The owner was rude.
Can we block phone numbers of pesky people who won't quit calling my phone service is magicjack? I really need to block this person!! Any info would be great. Thanks!!

Will MagicBeans or pcphonesoft also work with new MJpus if it is plugged in to the router?
The best way to get rid of an unwanted caller who harassed and never stops calling like.. (that girl or boy you should ve never slept with in the first place, collection agencies).. is like this it never fails... you need to grow balls for about 15 seconds and say this
... "hey...F---K OFF...stop calling me i dont like you...if you persist in harrassing me i will file a harrassment complaint with the police department..CAPICHE..if you call here again..just wait for the squad car in front of your house...it should be arriving in about 15 min....enjoy your incarceration...maybe you being in a cell will make you realise not to call here again"...

I have; however, had extreme difficulty with McAfee, where that anti-virus program hails from India and charges over $300 to fix a problem with your system, especially if you fail to continue service. I "exported" my existing MJ number to GoogleVoice, an outstanding free service, which solved this and five other problems, and then forwarded the same number on GV now back to MJ. All my friends and business associate don't even realize that I changed my path. I still use MJ for the basic service, but the intelligence is with Google. (Unfortunately, I had to firs port the number to a Cell carrier temporarily because Google can't import land-line numbers.
However, if you don't mind having a new number, then it's a lot easier, much MUCH easier, you can start and finish tonight by creating your GV account, forwarding the new and different GV number to your existing MJ number, and then just tell all your friends (Facebook?) that you have a new number, and give them the GV number, not MJ number.

Google software is currently superior by far than MagicJack software, and the gap will continue to increase.
