    I would like to ask if it can make a poor vision if a passenger is reading while the car is running? Reply.thank you

    And I assume you mean while the car is moving?

    If you are talking about using the car interior light at night. Then yes it can disrupt the night vision of the driver.

    Can it make her vision poor?
    Can it make it harder for the driver to see?

    I mean if the passenger (not the driver) is reading book in the daytime while she is inside of the car which is moving,is there a possibility that the eyes of the passenger will become poor vision?thank you

    No more than reading in a non moving car. Might make you car sick but won't have an effect on the quality of your vision
