Loaned blower to (friend)that messed with idle screw AND fuel mix screw. Is there factory settings that I could return the screws to and get it going again ?

You can try this. No guarantees.

Have some spray carb clean handy and use it as starting fluid.

Seat both adjustments and back out 1.5 turns.

The idle screw could be for fast or slow idle so therefore if there is minimal effect when turning the idle screw then you may be at the wrong speed.

Try to get the engine to run and then adjust the mixture screw until the engine runs smooth.

You may have to play with the screws to get the engine to start, but keep track of the number of turns and don't move more than a 1/4 turn at a time.
