    Craftsman LT200 won't start
    Hi everyone,

    Just over a year old and could not get it to start, dead battery was replaced
    Now it just whines without kicking over. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.:eek:

    Hi,
    A battery hooked up backwards will make the starter spin in the wrong direction.

I have a sears tractor engine that clicks but will not start, the battery has 13.75 volts, battery connections are clean, changed out the starter and solenoid, fuse is good however nothing it is still clicking. I tried to jump across the large solenoid terminals, nothing, any ideas?
