I am trying to figure out the name of a TV show that aired in Australia, but I think it was British. It was about a girl that had to go on adventures to recover 7 of different things - like 7 rings. There was a difference episode for each of the lot that she collected. There was an older woman trying to thwart her attempts, and her side kick was a younger boy called t-bag.

Wow this one brought back memories for me, your closer than you think the show name was T-BAG which was followed by T-BAG RETURNS T -bag was the witch who pursued the young girl through the series, aided by her sidekick T-shirt.
