How old are you both, and how long have you been together?

What does he like? That's always a good place to start.

No clue. I have a 14 year old son, and a 42 year old husband, I know them both very well and still have no clue what to get them for Christmas. Your boyfriend I don't know at all, so I can't even guess, especially since you gave us no info other than the fact that he's your boyfriend.

Bake him something special with your cute little hands. He will still be talking about you when he is 65.

This is easy and a sure-fire success --

    INCREDIBLE TURTLE BROWNIES
1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1 c. nuts (pecan halves)
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine caramels and 1/3 cup milk on top of double boiler. Stir until melted. (Microwave works well for this also.)

Combine cake mix, remaining milk and butter. Blend until mixture holds together. Press 1/2 of cake mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate pieces on top. Next, add a layer of pecan halves. Pour melted caramels evenly on top. Crumble or glob remaining mix over the top of all this and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into bars. (Cooks.com)

Or in the hospital later that night if she's a terrible baker. ;)

She can't fail with the recipe I added. If anything, he will be sick from overeating.

If he eats more than ten pieces in one sitting, he will start throwing up.

Since this is posted in teens, I think we can safely assume that he will eat more than ten pieces in one sitting, which means that vomiting is a given. ;)

    So true.

"When I was a teen I dated a girl that baked for me for Christmas. Oh boy was I sick! Getting your stomach pumped is not fun. I wonder whatever happened to her. Wouldn't it be ironic if she became a famous baker?" ;)

LOL! Your version is better. In my defense, I'm also having a conversation on fb, and stressing about Christmas, two scrapbooks I'm doing, and a resume I promised to help with.

    Are we hijacking another thread?

I swear it's not me, but I have to say, it's usually in a thread that I'm posting in. I'm the common link! OMG! It is me! I'm the instigator! :(

No hijacking -- still on the topic of a Christmas gift. Tell Sneezy hi from me if he is in your conversation.

Sneezy is too busy with finals. I haven't talked to him in over a week. Mr. Studious is studying day and night. But I'm sure I'll talk to him before Christmas, so I'll pass on your hi.

See, I mentioned Christmas, so it's not hijacking. :)

Then WG's suggestion is perfect. I know that I love getting baked goods for Christmas. I hate to bake, and I'm not at all good at it. So getting cookies, or any other baked treat, is great.

Perfect idea. Now you have to get baking. :)
