Ok how can you tell if a shy boy likes you? Me and him have been texting everyday for over a month. We see each other like twice a week at church.

Also he smiles every time we talk in person and he loves teasing me a lot. Like when I was getting ready to leave and he was like in his truck he got out and come up to my car cause he wanted to talk to me.

Yes same guy, and yes he asked me like what if I ever asked you to lunch, and I said I don't know I'm not a big lunch eater, which the truth I don't want lie about it. So I don't know

Mature young adults would have already cut through the shyness and inexperience, split the 5 bucks and had lunch already. Give him the 5 bucks and say lets go. I mean all you had to do was say yes you would go to lunch with him when he asked.

His actions and words say he is interested so go to lunch by gosh and quit dancing around it. He may be shy, but you appear afraid. Hmmm, maybe that's the attraction to each other and the problem. You both want the other to take the lead or give clear signs of encouragement.
