ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

In some areas a mother can become emancipated when she becomes pregnant. But I don't of any that apply that to the father. You should be happy you aren't being charged with statutory rape.

You can't move out until you are 18 or married with your parent's consent.

You are not emancipated until you go through the court system.

Do you have a full time job? Can you support yourself without the help of anyone?

To become emancipated, you would have to show that being freed from your parents is in your best interests. By getting a 16-year-old pregnant and repeatedly running away from home, you have pretty much bombed any possibility of that. What you would need to do to become emancipated: 1) Marry your girlfriend, which also establishes your parental rights. 2) Attain economic self sufficiency by earning enough of an income to maintain a household and support two dependents. 3) Demonstrate academic achievement, that you are capable of graduating high school, and are likely to attend college.

All in all, to become an emancipated minor, you would need to become a tremendously responsible and conscientious person, at which time I expect your parents would be more comfortable with you making these decisions anyway.

Your parents want what is best for you, where do you want to "go to" her house and move in with her ?

Let her have the baby, and be a father to the child. If this is what is suppose to be, then in a couple years you can move in together.

1) we need to know what state you are in to know the laws.

2) why do you want to move out? Because that's really why you want to get married, right? I don't think there's any nice way to put this, so I'm just going to be blunt. Getting married to move out is a stupid, stupid, stupid idea.

Marriage is a serious commitment. Vows for better or for worse. And if you get married at 16 just to move out, it's almost a guarantee that you'll be starting at for worst.

How will you finish school? Do you have a job? How will you support yourself and your husband? Or even just you if you were to move out without getting married? How will you pay rent? Put food on the table? Do you even know how much rent usually is in your area? In mine it runs anywhere from about 500 to share a room to 1,200+ for a studio apratment. Do you have money like that? Don't forget you'll also probably have to pay for utilities-things like gas, water, electricity, if you want internet or cable that's even more. And if you get married, you and your husband would have to get your own health insurance. You wouldn't be able to be on your parents's plans. And these are just a few of the things you have to consider before moving out. The list could go on.

It can depend on where you live. I know you have said you have the opportunity for a good paying job if you move, but have you actually worked out how much you are going to need to be earning? How good is good enough depends on what the needs (and wants) are. If you haven't already, might be a good idea to make a list of all the things you would need to paying on. Keep in mind, depending on where you live now, California is likely to be much more expensive.

Yes... it doesn't matter if she is pregnant or not, you would still need parental consent. This is for your protection as well.

A girl could tell her boyfriend that she is pregnant, and that he is the father, but unless there is dna testing done after baby is born, there is no way to know for sure if he is actually the father or not.
