First off, rules of the site say you must use proper grammar.

Second, yes it is. If you are under 18, pictures of you like that is illegal. Sending anything like that to anyone under 18 is illegal regardless of your age.

Everything about it if either you or the others are under 18 is just plain illegal.

It is wrong and you could get yourself into a lot of trouble. These boys are going to show these pictures to everyone. How old are you?

I don't have to tell you the dangers and what the repercussions from your actions will be. I've read some of your other threads and I really feel you need to speak with a counselor or someone who can help you build up yourself esteem.

Nude pictures of yourself isn't going to do that! What that is going to lead too is you either being hurt by someone or get yourself a bad reputation around school. Those boys aren't going to like you better because you sent naked photos of yourself to them' They will joke about it and show it around.

Wise up little girl and get help. You have put yourself in danger by doing this.

So... you're upset your mother took the phone. First of all, even if you bought the phone and you are paying the monthly bills for service (are you?) she still has the right to do what she believes is needed to keep you safe. You don't have to agree. She has the trump card. When you are legally an adult, you can send as much skin out there as you wish.

Legally... its really inconsistent. Lets say you send something to a friend. That friend passes it on to another. That other is legally an adult. If he is caught in the wrong state, he can be convicted of possession of child porn and must register as a sex offender.

Sorry... in this area, it is best to be "too overbearing"...

A young guy who thinks its funny to streak across a public park might end up as a convicted sex offender. Might not be the intent of the law, but in some cases, it doesn't matter.

Your mother knows about this. What if she let you do this? What if some other parent found out and called the police?

Show your mother the respect she deserves when she's asked you not to do this.

    It isn't all about you.

So you don't mind who sees it? Not even if your parents see you or your friends parents? You don't mind the world seeing you in that light? That is where it is headed. Don't cheapen yourself. Your body is a temple and so are the images of it. Only share that with someone your married to. Not with strangers. Because no matter how well you think you know the people your sending stuff to its bound to get into a strangers hands. Plus its illegal. That is a whole other ball of wax. Don't even go there and stay out of trouble.

I didn't understand most of what you wrote, I don't speak gibberish, but, if you're sending out nude pictures of yourself at the age of 15, well, you're headed for jail. It's not as glamorous as the movies make it out to be.

I'm going to tell you what's wrong with sending out nude pictures. First, it's illegal at your age. If you're caught by the wrong person, you will be convicted of distributing child porn, because guess what, you're a child!

Second, you're making yourself look cheap. Act like a cheap bleep and that's how people will treat you. You get the respect you demand, and by doing this, you're not demanding any respect. The guys will drool, yes, and they will come around. Once they get what they expect from a girl that does what you're doing, they'll leave, and tell all their friends. Teen boys love easy girls like you.

Third, if you keep this up, you'll have no future. You'll be used up by the time you're 20. Most guys will look at you as the person you're projecting to be, easy, cheap, uneducated, trash. Trust me, when a guy is looking for a girlfriend, you're not the type that they look at. You're a good time, a one night stand, but that's it. Is that what you want?

You can still turn this around, there's still time. Your mom did the right thing by removing your phone. I hope she keeps it until you learn to respect yourself, your body, and the law.

Wake up and smell the coffee, before you're drinking it in a jail cell.

Then your mom should know about the nude photo's. You say she does I say if she does and allows this to go on , something is wrong.

Let your mother read these post and we'll see if she knows.

At the end of the day, moral issues aside, it is illegal, if you are underage, sending them out to anyone is a crime.. You can be put on probation or sent to detention for doing it.
Or have a fine ( which your mom would have to pay)

Next normally if you send it to one person, it is then sent to several others at some point and time

Sorry about my grammar. I forgot I had to use proper english here.

I already have a boyfriend. He is a really nice guy. He doesn't know about the pictures and stuff. I can't tell him. So in sending those pictures I was sort of cheating on him.
I didn't do it because I wanted guys to like me. They already do. I did it because I wanted to and it was fun.
I agree with you though about it being a good thing for her to take my phone away because if I had the chance to do it again I know I would.

So then, I assume that the phone is in her name. Correct?

If indeed, it is in her name, and if something truly illegal is transmitted electronically by using it, and if that transmission is traced to the source, then guess who it gets traced to?

Also, if she's paying for the phone, don't you think that you should abiding by any of her rules with using the cell phone? I mean, it is her money and she is your mother and only wants what would be the best for you!

I'm glad your mother took the phone. I hope she keeps it. Do you even have an inkling of what sort of trouble you may have brought on you and your mom?
Do you care? Obviously you don't if you say you would do it again.

You should be ashamed to do this and bring shame on your grandmother who raised you. How do you think she's going to feel?

You have also shamed yourself. Just for kicks is that what it was for. I'm afraid this will blow up in your face and you may end up in juvie and you deserve it for being so cavileir about this whole thing.

Yes, it is! And, that showed up only about eight hours after you started the thread and without using a vanity search! Heck, you did better for appearing first on a Google search than many businesses that spend thousands of dollars for search engine optimization!

But, I hope that you might be learning something...

Also, please notice the other kind of links that show up in the search and their related words - "naked pics", "bad a$$", "exchange of images", "two naked maids roaming around his place?", "i wnat you to let him catcj you naked and seee what he sayz", "What the .... is this I'm looking at?", etc.

Do you really want what you post or send to come up being associated with certain types of topics - some of which the content might have even been banned by a site administrator because of the content being against norms of decency and maybe even illegal in the nature of it?

There are sick, twisted people in this world who would do anything to anybody to get their kicks.

You have left yourself open to someone seeing those pictures.
Not only that, think of the young people who are raped and murdered because of something like this.

There's no question in my mind at all that you are younger than you say you are. I hope you're scared and I hope you have enough sense to stop this behavior.

What happens if one of those pictures turn up on a porn site?

Look. Its fun to be bad. No surprise there.

And lets be real here... development of sexuality starts Long before legal age... so... the drive and the interest you have isn't odd or new or unfamiliar to most of us.

If you are going to act like an adult, you need to think like one... and that includes an understanding of what are the ramifications of your actions.

My mother was a straight A student. The good girl who walked the straight line. Who became a mother at the age of early 17. It happens. You know this. That the thing that drives you sometimes has unintended consequences.

Likewise, you MUST act as if anything you send out is known to everybody, everywhere. Just plan on it. There are sites full of "pass it on" pics and videos that some trusting girl sent to some guy who then kept it moving along...

Just because you give something in good faith doesn't mean the recipient will safeguard it in good faith long term...

This isn't about your drive or interest being wrong. We all have some degree of flirtiness and sensuality. Its about the very real liklihood that anything you send to any boy being "out there" in public forever.

Once I hit the enter key... my post is no longer mine. Its no longer private.
