Yep, I agree Alten. We have a great line of communication, know each other very well(friendship plus a lot of talking before we dated) and just get along very well. Sure we argue, but nothing that is a huge deal that I am worried we won't work it out. They never last more than an hour at tops. The most important thing in a relationship is that its still fun and still exciting for the BOTH of you.

I have to say that I married my very best friend, my lover, my partner in every way. We're a good team. We argue too, I can be really stubborn, so can he, but we always work it out.

We've been together for 19 years, half our lives. We went from teens to young adults, to a married couple, parents, and I've loved every stage and look forward to all the ones in our future.

He's a keeper too, especially because he puts up with me. :o

Thank you! And by the way, I've observed this at my high school, for those of you wondering where this study came from. Every girl, every new girl, every young substitute, every young, new, fresh out of college, teacher, if she is anything like the girls I described, for the rest of the day, I have to hear about how "hot" they are. So I guess I just answered my question, and you guys have showed me that there is hope out there, high school guys will grow out of it!

High School guys SUCK! Once we grow up, we are actually pretty fun to be around.

Very true. High school boys usually only look at outward beauty, they just can't seem to see the beauty within.

Also, our society, magazines, shows etc. really does make men think that all women should look like models. That's not very realistic, heck, not even those girls look like they do on the magazines, with a bit of airbrushing you too can be a model. ;)

Boys do grow up, as do girls, we can be just as superficial when we're young.
