I would report the gym. A gym, even a boxing training facility, that would allow a 13 yr old (whether male of female, but especially female) to "grapple" with adult males, needs to be closed up.

While you generally gave good advice here, I wanted to point out these two comments. The only people that say age doesn't matter, are people trying to justify a relationship that is wrong. Age very much matters. It matters less and less as people get older. To the point that when BOTH are mature adults, then it matters extremely little. But when you are dealing with children or young adults, especially when one is an adult and the other a child, then it matters a great deal.
