What you need to do is find out ways to talk to your friends with out hurting other people's feelings. Rather then talking about "Becky's ugly shirt" talk about "Becky's cute shoes". If you express positivity towards other people, you're friends will appreciate your presence more. They probably feel that you talk about them behind there back.
