J9 is 100% correct... you must know how you own body works and feels in order to instruct someone else to create those same feelings. Mastubation is normal and healthy and PREGNANCY and STI(sexually transmitted infection) free... I highly recommend it over sex, for your age anyway.

2. understanding you body comes with time and experience
