    As I said yesterday,

You running away will not make a judge give custody to mom. In fact, it will cause more problems and make it harder for you to win. If you run away and mom lets you stay in her house (even over night) she could be arrested for harboring a runaway. Don't risk getting your mom locked up.

Dear, the judge is not looking at how much money your mom has. He's looking at her past and PRESENT to see HOW she lives. Not so much with money, but with behavior and lifestyle. The judge is probably looking back at why you were taken out of her custody in the first place. If she hasn't improved enough, you won't go back. Give it some more time so she can keep getting better and proving herself. Don't do anything that could risk getting you or mom in trouble while you're trying to impress the judge.

You may not like being called a kid. But you came here for advice and a lot of adults with experience are trying to help you, so be patient.
