    Losing weight
I am so sick of people talking about me because I am fat. I don't think it is right and I want to lose weight I need some tips. I am going to the high school next year and a lot of people say that it is a lot of drama and I don't want nobody talking about me because of this. And it has always been hard for me to get a boyfriend because of this. Can some please give me some tips on how to survive high school and my weight.

First - Do not lose weight because of what other people might think of you. Do not try to lose weight just because your trying to impress other people or that you do not want them to talk about you. Honestly in school and in life, there will be somebody that says something about someone. It happens all the time.

Second - If you truly want to lose weight for yourself and yourself only then this will be the best motivator for yourself. Losing weight with the right reasons is important.

Third - Since we know nothing about you. Have you even checked to see by a doctor what is your ideal weight?

Fourth - Here are some tips for you. Drink plenty of water. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Do not drink cola, any drink that is high in sugar content. What kind of exercise do you do?

Whatever you choose to do, don't ever starve yourself or turn to radical diets - the BEST way to a)lose weight and b) feel great is to be healthy - I've always liked junk food, a lot, but honestly hun, a filled roll tastes so much better! Always be true to yourself, and don't let them get you down.
If you walk around with a kick butt attitude (and I don't mean a bad attitude, I mean a positive, cheerful and confident one) they will have a hella hard time trying to knock you down.

The best thing to do is to start a healthy diet and exercise program with reasonable results. Healthy goal is about 2 lbs a week, anything more would be starvation which can led to worse problems. The easiest way to cut calories is to find alternatives to the unhealthy things that you drink and eat. Cut out the junk food completely, just a few snacks every once in a while. Cut out all soft drinks and DIET DRINKS, these are just as bad a regular non-diet sodas. Drink lots of water to flush out the body and keep well hydrated, this will result in gorgeous skin as well, distraction from a few extra lbs ;)

ALSO, WEIGHT IS NOT AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT, YOU SHOULD LOOK AT YOUR SIZE AS A MEANS OF CALCULATION. MUSCLES IS GOOD AND WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!

Find some sport you like to play or bike/jog or something to add to your schedule to help you burn some calories.

Also, keep in mind that the clothes you wear can help hide a few extra lbs, look for sites that will show you what styles you need for your shapes. And a good confidant personality is the single most important thing to have regardless if your 20lbs or 2000! Look around not everyone is perfect, even actresses and models. Love and take care of yourself, immature kids only pick on people to make themselves feel better. If someone says your fat, then its probably because they think they are fat, or they are just trying to look cool. School is what is important, not the drama of high school or boyfriends.
