    Hi Arun,

    I am having the same issue.

    As per the above thread, I can understand that US Embassy provide "Certified True Copy of Passport" which can be used for ITIN Processing.

    Can you please let me know what all Passport pages we need to have the sea?

    Also do we need to take the Tax returns paper ?

    You get a clear color photocopy of the passport picture page certified by the U.S. Consulate, then staple it to the signed Form W-7.

    Then both pages are paper-clipped to the front of the tax return which is signed by both spouses.

    Then all of the above is mailed to the ITIN Processing Center in Austin, Texas.

    Once the ITIN is received (after about six Weeks), you then submit the state tax return.

    Hi Kumar,

    Do we need to get seal on first ,last and visa from U.S.consulate or one seal is enough for all 3 pages? Please confirm.Thanks

    The seal is required ONLY on the clear color photocopy of the picture page of the passport.

    Getting on on the clear color photocopy of the visa picture page is not a bad idea, but to my knowledge, it is NOT required.
