For, I don't know, the 90TH time in three years, unemployment compensation is reported on Form 1099-G, NOT Form W-2, and you can probably download the Form 1099-G from your state's Department of Labor website.

So a w2 or 1099 is possible depending on the person in Georgia you got to the dol and request one if you have not received in the mail and they have to mail them by the 31st that does not mean you will receive it by then
