 I'm a singaporean, on J1 visa. Interning in a company since July 06 and I'll be here till end of 07. I received a 1099-INT for my CD account so I guess I have to file the 1040NR instead of 1040NR-EZ form? I stupidly used turbotax to efile my taxes and just realised they sent in the 1040EZ...
