No one has been rude to you, nor are New Yorkers typically rude, that's an outright myth. The problem here is we have tried to help you, but you keep going off on tangents that don't affect the core issue. The reality may be harsh, but that's sometimes the case.

That's why attorneys spend 4 years of law school, so they know where the limits and loopholes of the law are so they can represent their clients without violating the laws.

Lets say that you could get show you were improperly served, what good do you think that will do you? You are aware of the suit prior to a hearing, so the issue is moot. If you go to the judge and say that you were improperly served, the judge may admonish the process server, but your case will go on.
