That's not the point. They may be able to point you the rules covering the birth.
What I'm seeing here would be tanatamount to going into a hospital with a broken leg then leaving the hospital in a wheel chair and not being told you were responsible for paying for the wheel chair that the coverage would only cover crutches. Clearly a newborn is going to need a couple of days in the nursery and those sharges should have been discussed beforehand.
