    How to quote an exterior stucco paint job?
    Hi, I have a handyman business in Venice, Florida and have been asked to give an estimate to paint a stucco first story of a two story home. The second story has vinyl siding. I measured it and came up with about 1970 sq. ft. of surface to be painted. I would like to know what is a fair price to charge per sq. ft. for labor in my area? The price of the paint will not be included in my estimate. The house is medium texture stucco and has a primer coat on it. The price of misc. supplies (tape etc.) will be included. Thank you.

    What is the manner in which that paint is to be applied and how many coats, please?

    Also, is there any trim work to be done where the paint might need to be applied by brush?

    The house already has a primer coat so I am hoping just one coat will do it. I will be rolling the paint.

    As far as trim, there is no real wood trim but it will have to be cut-in at the vinyl siding, nine windows, two doors and a sixteen foot garage door. Thank you for your reply.
